Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre is at the center of allegations that doctors were assaulted during a protest linked to the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation. What remains to be established is the corporator’s direct involvement beyond what the camera captures, the extent of injuries to staff, and whether witness accounts and medical records line up cleanly with the footage now driving the investigation.
