New Actor: Putin Casts Online Vote in Duma Elections

Vladimir Putin cast his ballot online for the State Duma election on Friday. He clicked through the electronic voting portal and reacted after a confirmation message appeared on the screen.

He did so on the first day of the three-day vote, the first parliamentary election since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The president is among those using the remote system this year.
